RED FIGHT & BLUE
RED FIGHT & BLUE, presented by River City Promotions, took place on Wednesday, November 5th, 2025, at River City Roll in Richmond, VA as a part of the RIVER CITY FIGHT NIGHT series. Much like the last event, this event saw two professional matches alongside an amateur undercard. This time, though, there were five amateur bouts all with the theme of RVA police vs. RVA firefighters! The event was livestreamed on the RCP YouTube channel to hundreds of viewers. This electric night was held, much like the last event, in support of Guardian of the Gloves, though this time, funds were also allocated to The Children’s Hospital of Richmond and The American Kidney Fund!
Camaraderie and the fight for bragging rights collided as each of the five cops and firefighters took to the ring to exemplify the courage our first responders personify. The crowd was filled with supporters on both sides, including fellow first responders and regular civilians.
Main Event: Brandi Robinson defeated Jade Masson-Wong in a unanimous victory over six rounds.
Men’s Bout: Andrew Kim took the win over Donovan Ruddock Jr. in a four round bout
Amateur fights: The amateur undercard featured cops and firefighters that took to the gym for months in preparation for the big night.
Duane Peppel (cop) vs. Keivon Henderson (firefighter)
Patrick Ripley (cop) vs. Mo’Reese Moore (firefighter)
Devin Davenport (cop) vs. Wyatt Mesco (firefighter)
Cody Adams (cop) vs. Jerron O’Tey (firefighter)
Nico Young (cop) vs. Shalin Shah (firefighter)
With a crowd of over 350, enough funds were raised to make a donation of $2,000 to each charity involved. Thank you for your support!
